Dr. Yong-Sung Park worked at the Korea Transportation Safety Authority for 30 years. He conducted automobile safety and environment research, internationalization of automobile safety standards, and automobile manufacturing defect investigation at the Korea Automobile Testing and Research Institute (KATRI). He served as a member of the National Greenhouse Gas Statistics Management Committee of the Ministry of Environment, the National Legislation Officer of the Ministry of Government Legislation, and an expert member of the automobile sector of the National Core Technology Protection Committee of the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy. Dr. Yong-Sung Park received his doctorate from Yonsei University and served as a professor at the Korea Military Academy. He served as Vice President of the Korea Society of Automotive Engineers(KSAE) and Chairman of the Automobile Standardization Committee. He is currently a professor at Dongseo University and is carrying out a project to foster talent in the secondary battery field. He is also an expert member of the 2050 Carbon Neutrality Green Growth Committee and an advisor to the Korea ESS Industry Promotion Association.
