Dr. Zhengnan Cao, Lecturer and Master's Supervisor, is a faculty member in the Department of Electrical Engineering at the School of Electric Power and Architecture, Shanxi University, China. His primary research focuses on energy management systems and load forecasting.
He completed his 11-year academic journey in Ireland, earning his bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees. During his undergraduate and master's studies, he specialized in Electronic and Electrical Engineering, as well as Renewable Energy courses. He obtained his Ph.D. from Dublin City University, where he conducted research on energy management systems and load forecasting. He has published three SCI indexed journal papers in internationally renowned academic journals, including the Journal of Cleaner Energy and four conference papers.
